The Needs Mapping in Importacular links to the Medical/Special Needs section withing the Volunteer tab of the Constituent’s record.

You can import the needs (sometimes referred to as “Special Needs” of your volunteers using the Needs mapping. Note that you will need to use the Description field to indicate what the specific Need is and this is linked to a set table located in Raiser’s Edge Configuration.

The Needs mapping also has area settings to help determine what to do with data being imported that matches data already in your system.
