The Assignment Interests mapping is linked to the Availability/Interests section on the Volunteer tab of the Constituent’s record. It can be seen on the lower half of the screen below:

You can import areas of Volunteer Interest using the Assignment Interests mapping area. Shown below is a mapping using a Default value. This area is also sometimes referred to as the “Volunteer Interest.”

You can change the area settings to select how you would like to address data in your file that matches data in Raiser’s Edge.
