It is often the case that the name value will come from the data source as ““Mr Robert Hernandez” in one field. In this case, you can make use of the name splitting functionality via the Name Parser as outlined under Constituent Area Settings.
To access these settings, you will need to create a mapping for the Honor Memorial Constituent record and then use the Area Settings (shown circled in red below) to view the Name Parser.
