The Honor/Memorial Tribute functionality allows you to import a donor, a honor/memorial constituent, a tribute on the honor/memorial constituent, a link between a gift and the tribute record and a tribute acknowledgee (for those organisations that have purchased Individual Relationships) all in one import.

You can also set Criteria Sets specific to the Tributes (so that if you only have first and last name, you can match your tribute records differently than your donor records).
