When adding a constituent notepad, date and type are required fields and as a key field, the notes field must contain text in order for the notepad record to be created.
You can also work with the Area Settings in order to determine what constitutes a match and how to handle matched data. Always check your match settings to ensure that you do not overwrite data in the Raiser’s Edge.
