You can create a mapping for Appeals data within the Constituent area. This mapping will add the Appeal to the Appeals tab for the Constituent’s record (generally, this is used to record the sending of aa direct mail appeal, email appeal, etc.). Appeals may be added to Gifts without also being mapped to the Constituent.

You can also use the Area Settings for the Appeal Mapping in order to address what to do with mappings that match data that already exists in Raiser’s Edge.
