If you are using the specific GDPR fields in Mailchimp you can export your user into your consent groups using Chimpegration.

Please note: Once GDPR is enabled on an audience it cannot be left blank. If you run an export without mapping these fields exported contacts will automatically be unsubscribed as Mailchimp will assume there is no consent associated with that record. Be sure to map the appropriate fields to avoid this.
