When bringing in campaign results you can choose one or more types of data bring over together, you may need to run this process for each email campaign multiple times to bring over all the different data and process it in line with your RE procedures.

You will also be able to choose one or more processes for the selected data. Some are more relevant than others depending on what data you are retrieving. For example;

• you can only add open and click data to an action
• you may want to mark multiple options for unsubscribes (e.g. DNC and a consent record)
• You may want to run the same process for hard and soft bounces, in which case you can process them at the same time
