The overview custom tile will show on each constituent record in NXT and give you a list of the most recent changes. You can expand each action to see the details of these change, and filter on the type of action (change, addition, deletion).

The tile will show you the 500 most recent changes made to the record, for changes further back you can consult the viewer.

There are also Audit Trail View tiles on the Gift and Action records so you drill down into the changes that matter most to you .
