NXT Tile set-up

There are three tile areas in NXT,

  • Constituent tile: there is a summary tile on each constituent record showing the changes made across the different areas of the record
  • Gift record tile
  • Action record tile

Once you have Audit Trail up and running in NXT you can give access to these tiles in the config area of the Audit Trail viewer, under Tile Security;

No one has access automatically, simply check the box to allow NXT users to access the tiles. If a user does not appear in the list immediately it may be that they have not logged in since Audit Trail has been activated.
