We recommend setting up an RE user specifically for Audit Trail.

This means that the app is not tied to a member of staff, so if the user who activates Audit Trail later leaves the organization then Audit Trail can continue to function.

It also means that any reversions actioned in the viewer are shown as ‘changed by’ the AT user, so you know where that change has come from too.
