Audit Trail uses Blackbaud NXT’s ‘webhooks’ or ‘trackers’ to pull changes made in Raiser’s Edge into the Audit Trail Viewer. This data is stored in your own personal, secure, AWS database. On starting with Audit Trail you will need to set up an AWS account and download a baseline set of data for comparison when changes are made.
