At Zeidman Development we believe training should be designed to fit your needs, we can develop a custom programme for all levels of user. Whether you've just started with RE, need a refresher, training on specific modules or advanced tuition for specific areas of functionality, maybe in areas that are unique to your charity, we can help. We design a training package to suit you.

We can offer an initial database 'health check' to identify areas where training might be needed and work with you ensure that our training is always pitched at the right level for users abilities and working requirements. We can provide large or small group training or one-to-one tuition, whatever suits you best.

Our expert trainer Jennifer Wills has years of experience working directly with The Raiser's Edge in a variety of charitable organizations and as a member of the fundraising team herself she has in depth experience of all areas of fundraising.

 As a high level database user, she is familiar with all the common database strengths and pitfalls faced by fundraising teams and best practice procedures for recording the data in the most effective way.

Jenny has been a front and back end user, development tester, trainer and manager of Raiser’s Edge for the past 8 years and currently holds the position of Fundraising Database Manager at a leading London University.
