At Pomona College, we reference Audit Trail nearly every day to correct mistakes, to identify data entry errors that require retraining, to distribute information to our users about specific changes made to constituents' records each day, and to track our data entry personnel's productivity and workload.  We love this product and simply couldn't function without it!

We're really excited about this release. I think this has game changing potential, partially due to it not being an Outlook integration. Non-profits still using a Microsoft infrastructure would be very wise to look further afield, and support for The Raiser's Edge within Google Apps is a huge potential goldmine. Well done!

Chimpegration

We are very excited to be able to work with Chimpegration. Developing our own integration was not a prospect that we even considered because of the time and cost that would be involved. We are expecting that Chimpegration will be a very cost effective solution for us. Zeidman Development have been very responsive to our needs and helpful through the testing phase. We have had really good experiences using Zeidman's ID Lookup in the past and are looking forward to this new relationship.

IDLookup

IDLookup is absolutely indispensable for integrating data from external sources into Raiser's Edge and it is easy enough to configure and run that several users on our Donor Relations staff use it regularly, not just the DBA.  I regularly export recently added constituents and then use IDLookup to identify duplicate constituents that need to be merged, or multiple records with the same email address so we don't email them repeatedly by accident.  I have also used it to identify unlinked relationships that match existing constituents which helps us avoid sending duplicate mail to households.

The Mergician

We've been using The Mergician as part of a large de-duplication effort on a database of ~100K records, and have been very pleased with it.  It has convenient and well thought out options that most organizations could use, and allows you to use your own custom merge files for those cases when the built-in options aren't enough.  In our case, the ability to use custom merge files was critical since we did our own filtering and matching of records outside of Raisers Edge.
