Founder and Managing Director

David founded Zeidman Development Limited in order to address the specific needs of fundraising organizations regarding their use of The Raiser’s Edge software. The company aims to facilitate fundraisers in the customization and subsequent maintenance of applications, allowing their use of The Raiser’s Edge to accommodate the individual structure and requirements of their organization.

David has been working in the charity sector for 10 years and has helped a variety of charities in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and over Europe. He is an accomplished speaker having presented at Blackbaud conferences and fundraising seminars and he is also a volunteer for the Institute of Fundraising Technology Group where he takes an active roleas the Conference Chair.

David has lived and worked in London, San Francisco and Malmö.

Kimberly Harwood

Kimberly joined Zeidman Deveopment in 2011 to ensure clients get the most out of their software. Having spent 3 years directly supporting fundraisers at the Institute of Fundraising she has an excellent understanding of the issues charities, both large and small, face in managing their data and fundraising. Kimberly also volunteers as the Group Secretary for the Institute of Fundraising Technology Group.

With a background in customer service and volunteer management she is committed to the Charity Sector. She has also worked supporting international volunteers at The Scout Association and in customer service in Italy. She really enjoys the direct contact and 'hands on' role she has with our clients here.

Jennifer Wills
Expert Trainer

Jenny has been working in the charity sector for 11 years in a variety of charitable organizations including the arts, volunteering, social welfare and campaigning, and military. As a member of the fundraising team herself she has in depth experience of all areas of fundraising including; direct marketing, community and events, major donors, trusts and corporate, legacy and in memoriam.  As a high level database user, she is familiar with all the common database strengths and pitfalls faced by fundraising teams and best practice procedures for recording the data in the most effective way.

Jenny has been a front and back end user, development tester, trainer and manager of Raiser’s Edge for the past 8 years and currently holds the position of Head of Data at a leading London University.
